Membership Terms ' Conditions

This service is for adults only (you must be at least 18 years old). The datezing.com service Singles Social Portal is a way for adults to meet each other online.

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and datezing.com, Inc. Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for the datezing.com service. By registering for datezing.com, you become a member of the Service (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not permitted to use the datezing.com service.

The Terms are subject to change by datezing.com, Inc. at any time, without notice, effective upon posting of a link to same on our website (datezing.com). Minors (under 18 years old) may not become members. When you register, and from time to time thereafter, datezing.com, Inc. will require that you provide sufficient information to indicate that you are at least 18 years old. By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Either you or datezing.com, Inc. may terminate your datezing.com membership at anytime, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. datezing.com, Inc. reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the datezing.com service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to datezing.com, Inc.'s attention.

Your membership in the datezing.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Online/Mobile Conduct
As a Member, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the datezing.com service, or transmit to other datezing.com Members.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content. You will NOT post on the datezing.com service, or transmit to other datezing.com members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

You will use the datezing.com service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, E-mail addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. datezing.com, Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other datezing.com members.

You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other datezing.com members. datezing.com, Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. Any infraction may lead to legal remedy on behalf of datezing.com, Inc.

Indemnity by Member

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless datezing.com, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the datezing.com Service, including, but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

Online Content

Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the datezing.com service are those of their respective authors and not of datezing.com, Inc., and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. datezing.com, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made. Under no circumstances will datezing.com, Inc. be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the datezing.com Service, or transmitted to datezing.com members.

WARNING - PLEASE READ: It is possible that other datezing.com members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the datezing.com Service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive or obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. datezing.com, Inc. is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the Service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the datezing.com service or release to others.

Removal of Information

While we do not and cannot review every message sent by users of the Service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete or move content including without limitation profiles, public postings and messages, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate the code of conduct set out above or any applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of profiles, public postings and messages you may transmit or record to the Service or send to the users of the Service.

Proprietary Rights

datezing.com, Inc. owns and retains other proprietary rights in the datezing.com Service. The Service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of datezing.com, Inc. and its licensors. In addition, other members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

By posting information or content to any public area of datezing.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to datezing.com, Inc. and other datezing.com members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Information Supplied by Member

Except as provided otherwise in datezing.com's privacy policy, datezing.com, Inc. will keep confidential all information supplied by you to datezing.com, Inc., including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.

Mobile Fees and Payments

Any questions or disputes regarding billing, fees or payments should be addressed to your third party mobile phone service provider.

Disclaimer of Warranty

datezing.com, Inc. provides the datezing.com Service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, in connection with the Service or in connection with any communication with datezing.com, Inc. or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the Service. datezing.com, Inc. specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. datezing.com, Inc. does not warrant that your use of the datezing.com service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected. datezing.com, Inc. disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, telephone service, including coverage, range, or any interruption in telephone service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will datezing.com, Inc. be liable (i) to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, lost profits, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use the datezing.com Service, even if datezing.com, Inc. or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages or (ii) to any person other than you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, datezing.com, Inc's. liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to datezing.com, Inc. for the Service during the term of membership.

In addition, datezing.com, Inc. disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users (including, but not limited to, unauthorized users, or "hackers") of the datezing.com Service.

State by State Variations

Certain jurisdictions limit the applicability of warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability may not apply to you.

General Provisions

You agree that Florida law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive venue of the federal and state courts in the State of Florida, and that you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the State of Florida in connection with the Service or this Agreement. This Agreement, accepted upon registering for the datezing.com Service, contains the entire agreement between you and datezing.com, Inc. regarding the use of the Service. This Agreement may only be amended upon notice by datezing.com, Inc. to you, or by a writing signed by you and an authorized official of datezing.com, Inc. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive termination of your membership to the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Refund Policy

datezing.com will issue a refund within 72 hours of an initial subscription provided that none of the Services have been utilized. Beyond these conditions, requests for refunds will be at the sole discretion of datezing.com and will be reviewed on a member to member basis.

Copyright Policy

Termination of User Privileges for Infringement and Contact Information for Suspected Copyright Infringement:

We will terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit user content to this Site, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the content they upload does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy or publicity rights). What information does datezing.com collect if I decide to join the datezing.com social community?

Complete our online registration form, where we ask you to provide us with information about you such as your name, your email address, your gender, your date of birth, your location details. You also have the opportunity to provide other details about yourself, but these are optional. Because you control your user profile, these details are available to you at any time by accessing your â€œProfileâ€ page, which gives you the chance to correct or update (other than gender and email address) your information at any time by just logging in to datezing.com.

Once you have created a Profile, we will automatically track certain information such as your IP and email addresses.

For safety and security and to ensure you have the best possible user experience, we require users to verify their accounts (because we want to make sure you are not a robot!) and might ask for your phone number. Donâ€™t worry! This is only to make sure you are real and breathing!

What information does datezing.com collect about me if Iâ€™m under 18?

You can only become a member of datezing.com if your aged 18 or over or the age of majority in the country in which you reside if that happens to be greater than 18. That means datezing.com does not knowingly collect any information about children, minors or anyone under the age of majority. Nor do we knowingly market to children, minors or anyone under the age of 18. If you are less than 18 years old, we request that you do not submit information to us. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that personâ€™s registration and delete their Profile information from datezing.com. No. We donâ€™t collect any personal information about visitors to our site. If you do visit us without becoming a member, we will place session ID cookies on your computer. If I put other information about me on the site, what does datezing.com do with it?

datezing.com is designed to make it easy for you to find, connect and interact with other members of datezing.com by posting information about yourself. When using the App you should assume that anything you post or submit will be publicly viewable and accessible, both by Users of the App and non-Users of the App. For example, to make it easier to find other datezing.comers and connect with them, we have allowed you to share other users' profiles on Facebook. This feature can be turned off in your settings at any time. You can also use our electronic messaging system, which allows you to communicate with other users. We recommend and encourage you (and all our members) to think carefully about the information they disclose about themselves. Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself on you Profile such as your religious denomination and health details. While you may voluntarily provide this information to us when you create your Profile, including your sexual preferences and ethnic background, there is no requirement to do so. Please remember that photographs or any video clips that you post on datezing.com may reveal these kinds of sensitive personal data. Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this public to other users.

When you post information about yourself or use the messaging, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk.

What does datezing.com collect about me if I use the mobile app?

datezing.com offers you the opportunity to stay in touch with the friends and contacts youâ€™ve made no matter where you are. You can do this by using your mobile phone or by downloading an application to your desktop that allows you to share your location with other users.

When you use your mobile or the desktop application, we will collect information about WiFi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude. That information helps us identify your physical location so that it can be displayed and shared with other members choosing to view â€œnearbyâ€ posts.

If you do not want your location to be known, then please do not download the desktop application or use your mobile device when you are on datezing.com.

Whatâ€™s collected from me if I use datezing.comâ€™s premium services?

When you take advantage of datezing.comâ€™s premium features, we collect financial information necessary to process your payments as per your chosen payment method. Please note that we do not store any credit card or other payment card details. However, our payment service providers do (and are approved to do so by all applicable regulatory bodies).

When you access datezing.com or play our games we collect certain technical information about your computer system or mobile device and statistical data about how you play our games. We use this information to improve our site and our games, so that you can increase your fun.

Can datezing.com collect information about me from other sites I use, such as Facebook?

If you have created a datezing.com profile through a partner website and you do not want to link your datezing.com profile to your profile on the partner website, datezing.com cannot amend these settings. Please visit the application settings on your partner website profile and follow the instructions to remove the datezing.com access permissions.

How do I change my Profile?

You can review and revise your profile information at any time. Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your personal information including:

Your profile, photographs, and videos;
Your city, region, and country of residence;
Your password.

Please promptly update your information if it changes by signing-in to your account and following the screen prompts. We strongly urge you to periodically change your password to help reduce the risk of unauthorised access to your account information.

Users in certain jurisdictions are, in accordance with applicable law, entitled to exercise a right of access to personal information about themselves by asking for a copy of the information we hold about them (for which, where allowed by law, we may charge a small fee).

Can I deactivate or delete my Profile?

Users of the datezing.com network have the following choices to delete their profile from our database:

To prevent abuse and/or misuse of datezing.com by a user following termination or deletion of a profile/account we shall retain such information as we deem in our sole discretion may be necessary to ensure that user does not open a new account and profile in breach of our Terms of Use and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Warning: Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed on the Internet to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by other users or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. We cannot control this, nor do we accept any liability for this. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal information they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.

What happens if I do nothing?

If you have not signed in to datezing.com for three months, we may remove your Profile as part of our data cleaning process.

Your datezing.com account is non-transferable and any rights to your profile or contents within your account will be cancelled upon your death.
